CANCELLATION

• $30 deposit is non-refundable but goes toward your service.

• Cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance via your confirmation email to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.

• If you cancel within 24 hours, a new deposit will be required to rebook.

• No refunds. If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 48 hours and we’ll fix your hair.

PAYMENTS

• Deposits are required through the booking site.

• Remaining balance: Cash or Zelle only.

• Balance is due 1 hour after service begins.

• Extra fees apply if:

  • Hair is not properly washed/blown out (+$30).

  • Hair is too short for chosen style (+$30–$50).

APPOINTMENTS

• Come with hair washed, detangled, stretched, and blown out from root to end.

• Do not use oils or trim your hair before your appointment.

• No fresh relaxer within 1 month of service.

• For short hair, send a picture before booking.

• Bring only pre-stretched braiding hair (X-Pression or Freetress).

• No guests allowed.

• Do not book on the same day as your event — Braids may take longer.
